I wonder if anyone can help me please.
I'm trying to Full Backup using Acer eRecovery Management, but each time I get following error:

    Error code: 0xC0000003
Open image failed. Found error in OpenImage process.

    My laptop is Acer 5920G.
Could you advise why do I get such error? What do I do wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help.
