    Hi

Hmmm ESP not working too well this morning so a few facts please.
What OS are you using. Does the finger print reader claim to be supported under this OS
IS the fingerprint reader a USB device. Is it detected when plugged in ?
Does it /did it appear to install a driver and/or fail / show as an unknown device in device manager or as a fingerprint reader
Does/did the software say it needed to be installed before plugging the reader in the first time
IS the driver for the right operating system?
Did you try installing the driver with right click run as admin?
Or setting the programme shortcut to (e.g. Vista)c ompatability mode

What messages do you get when you run the driver install programme
