    I have Acer Aspire 5613AWLMi
    The fan is
    ADDA AB7505HX-HB3 (X1)
    DC 5V 0,25A
    DC280002V00

This particular model isn't available, but I see that sellers of
    DC280002F00
    and
    DC280002W00
say that these fans are compatible with Acer Aspire 5610 series.
And they both are 5V 0,25A

Can I assume that the fan with the latest letter (I mean, W is more than F) is just more modern model, and so choose it?
And I also can assume that both models are of identical size, right?

    Thanks in advance!

With fans the first part is usually the fan itself and the end is revisions in the housing. If they are both listed as compatible with the same model theyre could still be provisions for differences in models such as those with dedicated video rather than integrated. Not saying that is the case here but it can be.
