Laptop doesn't even move, the drive is dying... I need to get it fixed so I entered my serial and it says Best Buy is a autorized Acer repair shop and since I bought it from there, I have to take it back there to get it fixed.

I put on a different O.S than the one that came on the computer, do I have to put on the orginal before I take it in? Also, dealing with best buy is there anything I need to know about?

Laptop is under warranty for 2 more months.....

I have to take it in to best buy...... or can I just call Acer and have them accept my shipment?

My old Acer broke and they fixed it but now I guess they deal with best buy to fix local repairs.
