    “RECALL NOTICE ASG7200/ASG7700”
Dear valued owner of Predator Gaming desktop,

Acer has identified a potential issue with the Predator Gaming desktops. Under certain circumstances particular wires in the unit may overheat and cause melting or damage to the unit. Under rare conditions, it is possible that this issue could pose a risk of fire. As a result, Acer is voluntarily recalling these machines and offering free repair of the units to replace these wires and correct this issue.

Please discontinue use of the unit, unplug the unit from the main power supply and contact Acer Customer Service at your earliest convenience. You may also reduce the risk of pinching this wire by not opening/closing the hard disk drive (HDD) door on the front of the Predator. You can select one of the following methods to reach an Acer Customer Service representative:

Send an e-mail to the general Service inbox at "[email protected]", including your name, contact details, the word 'PREDATOR" and the serial number of your unit ( 22 digits string printed on a label located on the backside of the unit). You will then be contacted by an Acer Customer Service representative within 1 business day.

Call the phone number shown in the Customer Service contact page (at 0861 653 653 ) for the Country where you live. Once connected to the first available Agent, please inform him/her the call is related to PREDATOR, and have the serial number of your unit ready. You will then be put in contact with a specialist for detailed instructions.

Acer values your business and sincerely regrets the inconvenience caused by this issue. Please accept our apologies. We look forward to resolving this issue quickly.”
