I don't have cinedash in my laptop but is your laptop new? Did you notice this effect immediately or after some time? Can you describe the problem a bit more?
Like, does it happen all the time or after using the laptop for some time?
Did you have any liquid spillage?
I can't see the photo well so I presume when you say you have a problem you mean the ripple effect of the lights, right?

Oh my god, this is 4th time I answer this question xD!

    It's really easy.

Turn off your computer and take your battery out. Then let it just "cool off" in 5 minutes. Put it back, and turn the computer on again.

    :)

When I had the 8930 it happened too, and luckily I found this simple trick.
