Bought new Acer laptop from store
It came loaded with bloatware and Acer software
I made the recovery disk DVDs
I reformatted the computer, deleted the partitions with my Vista Home Premium DVD (using the Vista key on bottom of laptop) and installed all the drivers

Now, will the recovery disks still work? Will it automatically install everything (partitions, Vista Home Premium, bloatware, Acer software) or will it not?

It will reinstall stock vista image yes that include all preinstall software on laptop

if you deleted the recovery partion on hard disk you will have lost abitly to do disk to disk restore

you can always use the cdrom to restore at any time they do not need hard disk recovery partion to be intacted

Oh ok, so the only way to do disk to disk restore is to keep the original recovery partition. So the disks have no use now.

Had mine all XP, used the DVD's I made from computer to restore Vista
on C, so you can use the DVD's to restore. It will restore to how it
was when you bought it, except it will not put PQpartition back.
Note that it also changed my bios and made USB harddrives
non bootable. Loading defaults in bios fixed that.

The recovery disks will work. If you deleted the recovery partition, the disks will still work. They will not recreate any partitions either. They will just wipe the C:\ drive and overlay the factory default image to the C:\ drive.
