Bought new Acer laptop from store
It came loaded with bloatware and Acer software
I made the recovery disk DVDs
I reformatted the computer, deleted the partitions with my Vista Home Premium DVD (using the Vista key on bottom of laptop) and installed all the drivers
Now, will the recovery disks still work? Will it automatically install everything (partitions, Vista Home Premium, bloatware, Acer software) or will it not?

It will reinstall stock vista image yes that include all preinstall software on laptop
if you deleted the recovery partion on hard disk you will have lost abitly to do disk to disk restore
you can always use the cdrom to restore at any time they do not need hard disk recovery partion to be intacted -

on C, so you can use the DVD's to restore. It will restore to how it
was when you bought it, except it will not put PQpartition back.
Note that it also changed my bios and made USB harddrives
non bootable. Loading defaults in bios fixed that.

i have an acer extensa 4630 and i have made all of the back up disks (restore disks and driver/software back up disks), and i would like to know if i can still restore my computer to factory settings with those three disks after i completely format my hard drive because i want to install linux ubuntu with out dual booting.

The recovery disks will work. If you deleted the recovery partition, the disks will still work. They will not recreate any partitions either. They will just wipe the C:\ drive and overlay the factory default image to the C:\ drive.
Acer recovery disk will work after reformat with Vista?
