    Acer screen flickers only when starting from cold room

    Hello. I have a problem. I already have this problem for months yet. When i start my laptop from cold, the screen is flickering so hard. As in the title I stated, only when starting from cold room. Well its not that cold but its around 6-7 celsius degrees. If i start from a warm room i don't have problem. I have intel i3 3217u, Intel HD 4000 also a seperate graphics (dedicated) Nvidia GT 740m. Also i need to warm up the laptop so i can start using this laptop in cold room.
    * I don't have this problem while Windows is booting, neither in safe mode. Also while screen flickering is active, it seems the screen is something stuck, so I can't use while this competely dissappear
