i needed to bring my laptop(6920G) in for repairs. They said they'd send a courier, only the courier never came on the day he was supposed to. I had to run between Acer and the courier to eventually arrange a date, and then they rang me to confirm they were picking it up at the original address it was purchased to, not the one I gave them. Eventually later in the day they sent out a courier and gave me a receipt, but i've heard nothing since then, I emailed the support about it, nothing. I just wasted 6 euros of credit on ringing their ty repair centre, the last time I even got through the guy on the other end was very unfriendly. I have no idea what's happening with my laptop, but I want it back as soon as possible, all that needs to be done is to fix the connection to the screen and resolder the microphone jack, probably 20 mins work.
I have wasted so much time and money on something I shouldn't have had to. I am raging right now.

Hi, how long has it been as there is a usually around a five day turn around on repairs, at least this is the case in the UK. Also they probably will not resolder anything but replace the whole PCB unit just to be sure.
However you could have had better customer service and you are entitled to some respect at least..
