    Actually most of the experienced acer users in this forum know that the acer euro site is the best place to get drivers and Bios updates, because it is updated often. Found here http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/downloads.html

    That site you listed is for the Americas region and is practically forgotten by acer ;) ...

    Yes i used ftp for euro too but it the americas and it has been update now so maybe they start keeping it up to date
