I just bought an Aspire 5920 and the price was so low I was a bit worried. It seems what Acer has done is up'ed the specs on an older model to give it more bang-for-the-buck, which is ok by me. I was just wondering how powerful the proccesor is, I have been using AMD chips for the last 6 years so I don't know much about Intel.

The proccesor name is Intel core 2 duo T5450

    thanks

Thanks, looks good. When was it last updated? I see my proccesor was near the entry level of mainstream so I am wondering if it is obsolete or considered budget by now?

    thanks
