    Hi guys!
After messing a bit with my new 6930g, ive came across some temperature worries.
First,my gpu at default speeds (idle) stays from 56 to 60 max.
Sometimes it goes over 61,but its really rare.

Ive began oc'ing it with msi afterburner, setting the card at 625/1550/900 (its a ddr3 512mb card).
My temperatures under load reach even 90c , althought mostly stays around 84-86.
Ive already applied some new thermal grease, a 94% silver compound (im waiting for my artic silver 5 to ship).

My cpu is undervolted with rmclock (t9400) and it reaches in full load 70-73c.

Consider that its fullsummer here and current room temperature is around 32-36c.

Ive bought a cooling pad but its extremely china-cheap,also its a bit small so the three small fans (6cm) doesnt really work as intended, most of the times the temp raise lol of 2-3c.

Ive just made some small legs to keep the back of the laptop a bit raised and seems it works better.

Anyway,do i need to worry for my temps in oc? What cooling pad should i buy (ive seen some zalman ones with a 120mm fan)?

Any advice since ive already undervolted my cpu? Do i need to undervolt my gpu as well althought im ocing only when needed?

    Many thanks to everyone!

Try to undervolt GPU core using Nibitor...
I managed to decrease temp from 90+ to below 80 (77-78 average)...
The card is stable even if preoverclocked by OEM from stock 550 to 575 and memory from 400 to 430 MHz...

    Hope this will help. Cheers

    I see,thank you!
My AS5 shipped today and ive applied it to the gpu as well, seems that is muuuch more stable as it reaches max 90c on demanding games.
Ill try to undervolt it a bit then.
