This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I've had excellent support from Acer the several times I had to use them...so I dunno where this thread is going.

    For ASUS, the support on NA is excellent but I have heard it's not good in some other places.

    It is going to see who is out there and moaning when there are many other Notebook manufacturers with huge reputations to maintain. Acer is the new kid on the block and I reckon is doing pretty well so far to try and establish itself. HP with keyboard issues. Come on. Use the link and read the full page.
