Any 8204 owner tell me what kind of DVI to HDMI adapter I would need to get?

I don't have my 8204 here and want to order a DVI to HDMI adapter, but am unclear which one I really need, I know I need a MALE DVI to either male HDMI (to plug directly into TV) or to a female HDMI (to allow me to use the same cable from the DVD Recorder) but there seem to be a number of different types of MALE DVI plugs.

The whole male-female labeling can certainly get annoying. :p

I am guessing the 8204 has DVI out? If so, then a male DVI to female HDMI would be the right, I guess.

No, I know it's a male DVI and a female HDMI (easy male has the prongs, female has the holes) the problem is that DVI plugs seem to come in all sorts of wierd and wonderful configurations, DVI-D, DVI-I and some others (I haven't fully investigated yet) was wondering if anyone knew what the DVI Out port from the 8204 was.

Oh that's perfect, thanks orthorim, that allows me to match it up, fortunately looks like it has all the pin holes, so any adapter should work but I'll get one with all pins just to be sure.

Thanks for the info Yellow, seems that the 8204 uses a DVI-D type port, I've got a converter to HDMI coming and a HDMI cable, looking forward to seeing how this looks on my new TV :)
