    Because I don't.
    And I reeeeally want to see how a 6920G can handle with this thing installed.
    The fellow over here has it installed in his Asus C90S after some heavy-duty heatsink modding, but can't seem to get it past 2D Performance clocks.

    Nope. It won't. The upgraded GPU won't be covered. It is actually easier to upgrade the GPU as compared to the CPU, since you don't have to worry about pins. ;)

    But you DO need to worry about the heatsink covering the core and memory chips.
    And Andy is right - you'd need to put the original GPU back in to get service, but it won't void your warranty outright.
