I was wondering if anyone has had to deal with customer service before?
If so, what was the best way of contacting them and how long did it take for a response?
I read in these forums that an email had a 2 day response but at least it was written by a human. Any other experiences?
I am interested in the 4010 Travel Mate so I am trying to find out anything I can about this or the company.
