This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I was wondering if anyone has had to deal with customer service before?

    If so, what was the best way of contacting them and how long did it take for a response?

    I read in these forums that an email had a 2 day response but at least it was written by a human. Any other experiences?

    I am interested in the 4010 Travel Mate so I am trying to find out anything I can about this or the company.
