I saw the AS4530-6823 on newegg for 449 with free shipping. I don't need a new laptop right now myself, but this looks like a really good deal, and both my Mom and my brother in law could use a new system...

My brother-in-law players World of Warcraft avidly... I think the graphics on this could handle it decently, but I'm curious is anyone here has this laptop and could give their impressions / opinions on it.

    Thanks,
    Krista

It's definitely not a bad notebook, though it's not very good either.. It would be alright for mild computing/gaming and the like, but since both the CPU (~1.9GHz) and the GPU (9100M G, I think has no dedicated memory :D) may prove to be limiters of sorts. Also, I remember here in our country that these models don't have OS's preinstalled and stuff, so you might also have to pay extra to have an OS running in there. :D
