This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Aspire 1400 audio

    this Acer Aspire 1400, every time I install audio from acer site, it gives the BSOD. Have installed the chipset. checked Win Services but unable to install. Installed XP from Win 98SE with an XP upgrade disc. Any help much appreciated.
