    Hi,

I am interested in buying the Aspire 1520 series notebook. It sports AMD Athlon64 processor.

Can anybody give a review, comment, or anything on this new Acer laptop.

    Cheers,
    Venkatesh.

Acer build a decnt machine. Athlon64 is a fast processor. It will make a good desktop replacement, but don't expect good battery life frm it.

As long as you are not covering the ventilation or fan holes you shouldn't have any problems. It will probably get warm on the bottom.
