Can anyone tell me how to upgrade my memory on my Aspire 2010 notebook.
I want to install the maximum memory 2GB (2x1GB) as is possible according to the user manual. but on removing the memory back off the notebook there is only one slot for the memory. Is the second memory slot on the other side of the mother board under the keyboard? If so how do I access this/remove the keyboard and fit the 2nd memory strip.

usually, there are small tabs around the keyboard that you press to pop the keyboard up. you should look up a service manual for your notebook model to find where these tabs are.
