Notebook was brought to me dead. Meaning it will not start, no fans come on nothing.
I was told to keep it because of cost of replacement board.
So I have been reading in these forums that the motherboard might/can be change for a different one, other then the original(MB.TEB06.003). Like to know if this can be or has been done.

Also, if not can this mobo MB.TEB06.003 handle a duel-core cpu/

    Thanks for any help.

Well this message are not an orthodox one , so I will reply in the same spirit.

If you are unable to pay for one replacement motherboard for this laptop,
you are not worthy to have this laptop .

Board was replaced and is notebook is running. So I got a notebook for $150 because the last owner did not want to spend the money.
