I have an Aspire 3810TZ which is really great, except for one problem, the damn fan is louder than a power plant. I have tried modded BIOS 1.28 that unlocks the advanced menus and changed the fan power on settings but the fan acts the same whatever temperatures I set it to. I have SSD installed so temperature is between 40-45 degrees all the time and I think the fan shouldn't go bananas at such low temperature. Please help me here. I've googled it many times but haven't found a solution yet.

I haven't tried it yet but after reading through some posts in the thread it seems that it's not compatible with 3810 unfortunately. Thanks for the tip though.

This is what I'm looking for, but for the 3810.
