    Aspire 4520 Won't turn on

    This is a common laptop problem so I'm hoping that some one has solved it or at least found the reason for it.
    My laptop wont turn on basically. The power button glows when pressed signifying that its about to power on but of course it doesn't. I bought a new battery for it hoping that was the issue but it apparently wasn't. I was hoping someone here would have some insight on how I can get it back up and running or at least tell me a way I can check and see what the reason is regarding why it won't turn on.
