    Aspire 4720Z Ram & video problem

    notebook will not boot into Vista with any ram over 2 GHz. Will only work with 2X1GHz or just 1X2GHz in one slot. Is a dual-core 1.73GHz, bios 1.3801. Also videos play ok in small format but screen just goes black when trying to watch full screen? Please help, Thanks. I really enjoy Notebook Review.
