Aspire 5024 or 1804 ??

I am looking for a laptop and found two Acer Aspire. One 5024, AMD 3400+ with 15" screen and a x700 128 graphic card.
And one 1804, Intel 3.2ghz with 17" screen and a x600 128 card.

I think I am going for the 1804 Intel, but my brother is going to use it a lot for gameing.
How big is the difference between the x600 and x700 and will I notice any difference between them when used for gameing?

Would be nice to know what other people would have chosen.

The Aspire 5024 definately. They dont come with the Athlon64 but with the newer Turion mobile processors which are just as fast as desktop processors but consume lot less power, so it gives you increased battery life & less heat. The Pentium4 honestly has no business to be in laptops. They were designed for desktops with unlimited power supply & cooling. The X700 is also from anywhere 15 - 25% better than the X600. The Aspire 5024 is definately the better gaming machine.
