    Aspire 5100 Boot Hard Drive problems

    Mailed laptop for repair 5 times. Currently out of warranty and past 30 days of last repair. Computer will not boot properly. Media problem -not recognizing hard drive with a loud beep. I just reinstalled with Acer back up cd's to have same problem. I will post all info if someone tells me how to find it as far as bios info and hard drive model. Please give me some ideas how to fix. Thanks in advance.
