    Aspire 521 Wireless Printing Issue

    New here and not real computer savvy. Anyway bought this computer with starter 7 for my daughter in July. Everything was ok until last week when it suddenly would not print wirelessly thru home network. It previously had no issues. Not the printer or network because I can print from downstairs wireless computer. Called support and they want 130 dollars to help me even though they say i am under warranty. I was going to maybe download the drivers but I dont know which ones. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Also my daughter says sometimes this computer wont shut off?

    Hi,

    can you still use the internet with that laptop?
    If so, then this is not a hardware or driver issue of the laptop, but probably something went wrong with the printer's configuration.

    Normally, you should get an error message after a failed printing attempt. This error message can be useful for troubleshooting.

    Perhaps it suffices to uninstall the printer drivers and reinstall them according to the instructions in the printer's manual.
