    hey guys! this is an amazing forum which i came across which i was searching if anyone could help me out . bt reading through all this has gotten me confused ...

    what i am looking for it to downgrade my Vista to an XP , i infact did it last nite not knowing that acer custom drives wil not work for xp ! nw i dnt have a sound card and some other stuff!

    Plus i also found out that there;s this 10gb extra partion other than my Normal 2 ones !i thought it wud be impt so i havnt deleted it yet ! if it is ... hw do i back it up if it is important and what all do i have to do to install XP ( i got a service pack 2 )

    guys! since i am so lost on what to do can u please give me a step by step procedure of what to do with the Current XP i have and changes i have to do to the BIOS and the THird hidden partition !

    i would be really grateful if someone could Safely guide me through all this mess i have put myself into ! bt please get me rid of this stupid vista ! :confused:

    the info on this site will definately help you, i used their NLITE CD Creation method and all the drivers work perfectly as long as you follow the instructions exactly. BTW this is for the ASPIRE 5315 i'm not sure what the differences are, but this should give you an idea of how to proceed and i'm guessing their drivers might be just what you need.
