I got this laptop from TigerDirect $399 special. I only have one issue which is the wifi keeps dropping me from my own router.

Also when I turn on my laptop I have to rescan to find my router. I have a Linksys WRT54G switched from wep to wpa helped a little also change channels.

Drives,Acer Emangement software all installed. Bios up to date 1.43

On a side note anyone know if they fixed the 4gb bsod issue yet? This is my first laptop.

acer enet management is a bit annoying at times it can sometimes automatically connect to anothers wifi signal and just not work at other times for no apparent reason. Try closing of enet management all together and connect through the windows wireless network. Also you can check in the power management to see if it's shutting off the wireless adapter to save power.

Verizon said we have to change ours from the enet management to the windows but we don't know how to. Could you please tell me how if you know?
