    Hi.

The cursor jumping all over the place when typing has only occurred since I've had a new hard drive installed (my last one died). I have unticked Enhance Pointer, I have slowed it down, I have installed TouchFreeze. Each thing has improved it a little, but it is still happening - and very annoying as I am usually a pretty fast typer but with this happening I have to watch every character goes into the right place and not on a completely different line/area.

Would anyone have any other/more suggestions please? I'm using Vista (yeah, I know...)Home Basic. The scrolling all works ok, so I dont think its the driver.
    Thanks.

Update your touchpad drivers. This is a PalmCheck problem.

If that doesn't help, then your touchpad may be broken.
