Hello, i just bought a Acer Aspire 5532 yesterday. My girlfriend also bought one a couple days ago.

We were trying to talk on our webcams to only find that niether of our cameras work!

We both get Camera not found when we try and open "Acer crystal eye Webcam". We also cant get other software to work with it.. AIM, MSN etc.

I tried installing the camera drivers from the acer website.. no luck. I tried removing all pictures from the picture folder.. No luck.. I even did a system recovery to factory settings. Still nothing!

Can anybody help me with this please?

Can you check if any Camera is listed under Control Panel >> SYSTEM >>device manager?
