I've just bought a refurbished 5542 and a few of the keys are a bit sticky, is there an easy way to remove the keyboard and clean beneath them?

Are the individual keys easy enough to remove?

Or should I return it immediately and get it replaced?

Individual keys can be removed. You need to push down the part of the key colser to you and push up the part of the key closer to the screen. At one moment it will pop out. Then you can clean it. But it's going to be difficult to remove them all.
