I saw a closed thread about this problem, but there was no solution offered.
My 5570 reports it is plugged in but not charging. Since it is 3 years old, I installed a new battery which seemed to work properly for a couple of days.

Now it will stop suddenly and need to reboot. It works fine on AC without the battery installed, but has worked fine for 3 years with the battery in and charger on.
Is there a way to restore it to it's previous state that works with battery in and AC connected?
