I recently had to replace my HDD because it broke when the Laptop fell down....
When I purchased the Laptop, it came only with the Vista Disc. All the other software and drivers were gone.
Programs like Arcade and stuff like my internal Mic are not to be found anymore and neither can I find them on the Acer website. Now, I have not bought a PC for a while until I bought the 5570Z. I was quite surprised not to find a driver CD
with the newly purchased laptop. Why is that? Do I have to purchase this CD from Acer? I find this quite unfair to have to spend additional money on software that was originally included in the laptop. So, where can I download, if at all, the
software and drivers that came originally with my 5570Z? Could someone help me in restoring my 5570Z to how it was when it came in the box?
Another thing, the 5570Z came with only 512MB of RAM and with Vista running, the laptop is kinda slow. Will an upgrade to 1GB of RAM make a big difference?
    Thanks for helping me out.......

I don't know unfortunately, I don't use any of those apps as I install my own for what I need to do.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

You can purchase eRecovery CDs from Acer's support site. I do not know where you live but this is US's link
