When I turn on my Acer Aspire 5570Z laptop, it does not recognize the wireless card (internal one - factory standard). When I click the switch the activate wireless, the screen flashes: "No Device." Yet when I restart, it recognizes the wireless card without a problem. Any clue why this is happening?

    Thanks for your response -
My wiresless card is: Atheros AR5007EG
    My OS is Vista
When I first turn on the machine, the device does not show up in device manage, but when I restart it, it shows up no problem.

Thanks again for your help, I appreciate your expertise.
