I'm having a problem with the fan. Typically when the computer starts up, the fan turns on full blast for a short while. Now, it's not starting up at all, even when the temperature reaches 50 degrees C. (It typically turns on at 45). I have a feeling it may be something wrong with the motherboard, but I want to have a look at the fan anyway.
I've tried unscrewing all the screws in the back, but still cannot get through and open it up. Does anyone know how to open it?
As an additional question, how is the Acer support staff? I have not tried calling them up yet.
