Okay, here is my problem. I just replaced the hard drive on my Acer Aspire 5610z and loaded windows 7 on it and my camera that is built into my computer doesnt work and neither do the media controls on the side of the computer. I have gone to the Acer web site and downloaded all of the driver software in every combination possible and still nothing. I dont know what else to do. Thanks

What OS did you have before you installed W7?

In addition, read this. maybe there is useful information for you.

You need Acer LaunchManager for media buttons and Bison, Logitech or Suyin driver for your camera depending which camera you have.
All the drivers can be downloaded from (please note they are meant for Vista 32bit, they might not work for Windows 7):
    Acer | Download

Still worth a shot. With camera drivers, just install them and see if your webcam appears in device manager after restart. If it does not, uninstall the driver, which did not work and install the next one.

I finally got the camera and the media buttons to work. Now I have a new problem. My TS-L632D dvd-rw drive doesn't work, Any ideas?

I had windows vista home premium 32bit.
