    Aspire 5710g BIG bios problem

    Hi.. (at first sorry for my english) I have aspire 5710g and after some problems I tried to flash (update) my bios..but when i was updating someting very bad happened to me..power outage, so updating failed..so notebook is dead..when i push Power on button, keyboard lights are running but screen is still black..is any way how to re-flash my bios back..thanks for every help..

    As far as i know the only way to solve that kind of problem is a motherboard replacement. If you could fix this problem it would involve replacing the actual flash chip that contains the BIOS with a new one that already contains a full BIOS, and upgrade from there.

    you can make cris bios recovery disk if you google tell you how

    you need usb floppy to do this
