    Hi,
Does anyone know if there is any major bugs concerning the aspire 5735. I've just bought the core2duo P7350 3GB RAM model. I know when I bought an older aspire two years ago and reformatted it, I had to worry about installing the epower management software because of a bug that stops the fan working properly when coming out of standby...or something to that effect. Does this bug exist with the 5735 if I decide to do a clean vista install...or any other bugs I should be concerned about.

    Ducky

According to another thread in this forum, the 5735 only seems to recognize 3gb of ram even with a 64bit OS. Only thing I've seen so far but it is still a relatively new model. From the specs I've seen on the Acer website, the 5735 comes with the GM45 chipset with the C2D processor and the GL40 chipset with the CoreDuo processor. I don't know if both of these chipsets exhibit the same problem.
