Memory is running at 333 Mhz (CL5) instead of 400 Mhz (CL6). I noticed this after updating the bios from factory to v1.28.
Acer.CustHelp.com was useless because is for Pan-America only and the laptop was purchased in Europe; also Acer UK support is for netbooks only and it just sends me back to the US site.

So... Did I fail at flashing? I used the winflash tool.
Or... Is v1.28 crappy because it messed the memory divider?
