    Hi,

My laptop was on earlier, I was just using it to watch a movie and all of a sudden it turned off.
I tried to power it back on and nothing would happen at all, I then noticed the light that indicates the battery is charging was not lit up either.

I removed the battery and tried to power on without it in and it still would not work, so I re-inserted battery and removed power lead (as the battery would have been fully charged) and still nothing.

I have removed both the battery and power lead together and held the power button for 30 seconds - 1 minute to clear any power still running through and tried again - still nothing at all - will not power on and will not indicate charging of battery.

I have disassembled and checked all obvious capacitors etc. and all appear to be fine.

I am just waiting while tomorrow for my mate to come with a voltage tester to see what is happening with regards to power but wondered if anyone can shed any light onto the issue?

    Thanks

    Adam
