I have just finished formatting and re installing windows 7 on my Acer 5747-7789, upon start up everything appeared fine until I realized that the network adapter is not installed. I went to the Acer support page downloaded all of the drivers and installed them, the computer still won't connect to the internet. It still tells me the network adapter is not installed

    Windows 7 home premium 64-bit
Also tried with 32-bit and it also didn't work

Does the device manager show any exclamation marks?
Does it show networking devices installed?

    Is Launch Manager installed?
