It might be better to clean your laptop from dust and maybe repaste the GPU and CPU. Modding the fan will make the fan louder and will shorten its life.

my problem is not the dust, the fan always runs at the minimum, If I enter the bios the fan works fine, but when windows starts, the fan begins to run at idle and does not increase even under stress, causing the automatic shutdown.
I installed acfancontrol and I saw that on this site there are many files named "acfancontrol.ini". someone can create the file "acfancontrol.ini" for this pc? (Aspire 5755g)

Sounds like some software app is interfering with the fan (perhaps something different than acfancontrol altogether, or that app itself). Try booting up from a flash drive with Ubuntu and see if the same behavior is present. If so, it might be a defective fan, but given it runs at full-speed in BIOS, seems something is interfering.

did you modify BIOS on this system for fan control? If so, revert to original BIOS. If throttlestop was used excessively it might be that a component (in this case I'm thinking the fan) is failing. Either the motherboard is not sending the right voltage to the fan (which unfortunately won't really be fixable), fan is defective or you need a re-paste, or both.

This should help. There's parts for the FRU fan you can Google.

I have the same laptop as you and I suffer from the exact same problems... very hot CPU all the time (60 in idle basically). If I run CPU-intensive games (for example League of Legends) the CPU reaches 90 degrees in less than 10 minutes and the laptop shuts off (safety stop). My laptop is very clean both dust-wise and software-wise.
    Have you found any solution?
