Might be worth going to the device manufacturers website to get the drivers.
Have you got a list of devices you need drivers for, might be easier for people to help. -
One of the failures of 64bit XP was the lack of driver support. There may not be drivers available for everything you need. My feeling is if you are going to use XP, just use the 32bit version. For a 64bit OS, use Vista64 or Linux.

Hi paten, thanks, but the Vista 64, come with drivers for my laptop?? do you have tried Vista 64 in a acer 5920-6080? vista runs without any problem?? i'm afraid only for drivers and some programs, like adobe, that i use in 32bits, but i wanna test in 64bits, cause said me that in 64 bits runs better.
thanks -
Vista 64 bit works like a charm on my 5920. Been using it for a year now, without any issues.

I've got Vista 64bit, works well, no real driver issues to speak of. Acer supports vista 64bit aswell, you can download the drivers from their website.

Sorry, I don't have a 5920 but the Acer Europe website has all the Vista 64bit drivers available for download for the 5920.
