I have the problem that my normal enter acts as numpad enter.
This is a big problem in games I play like Starwars Galaxies and Just Cause 2 as they don't react to the key being pressed and in SWG I cant chat or use key commands.
In Just Cause 2 I cant get past the menu and into the game.
I tried flashing my bios with the newest bios available and I also tried remapping using a program called KeyTweak (where it also told me I was pressing numpad enter when I used the normal enter) but neither solved the problem.

Is your NumLock on by accident?
At least on my 6920G, having NumLock on turns some of the letter keys into a numpad - might it affect the Enter key?

Are you on the correct keyboard?
Usually it is US International Layout.

Another good point - load up Control Panel, click Regions & Languages, tab over to the Keyboards tab, and click Change Keyboards. If you aren't on US, switch to it.

I'm from Denmark too, and I have the 6930. I have never experienced your problem. The dansih keyboard setup should work just fine - However, you could try to switch to US-keyboard layout, just to see if it works.

Good luck / Held og Lykke!

    Kind Regards powerfull499

It doesn't happen in every game, only Starwars Galaxies and the new Just Cause 2 demo on Steam.

Keyboard layout doesn't work like that.
For every keyboard it is layed out differently.
If you open up the laptop and check under the keyboard you will see what layout you should be using.
It will have a sticker saying US International or some under keyboard layout if yours is different.
You need to set it up according to hardware not country or origin.

Opening up my laptop seems like a bad solution. The keyboard has the Scandinavian ÆØÅ letters.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
