I live in eastern Europe and I need help with my notebook. Where can I get 6930G software and why can't I connect to the internet? You see, I had thi problem with Vista which needed a Vista reinstall (kept my old files and documents), the repairman told me he downloaded the latest drivers and a Launch Manager. But no help from Acer's homepage, because I live in Estonia and I have this "exotic" kind of notebook with a 'G' in the end.

Can anyone tell me what should I do to get online (tried LAN with desktop and noteook, notebook didn't get internet, but pinged very well), where should I get software and what to do next?

Thank you in advance, I really need your help!

    Deneb,

Do you have still recovery partitions?
If YES, try to make a restore and then using the same software, you used for making backup disks, make backup of installed software and drivers provided by Acer.

    Regards,

I didn't have the chance to make backup disks because I'm naturally a lazy person and when I was about to back up, the popupper didn't show and I had no idea where and how to back up.
