    Aspire 6935G disable green volume bar?

    Hi all,

    how can I disable the on screen display of the (green) volume bar? It forces to window whatever is playing full screen, games etc

    Hmm...uninstalling the Launch Manager will surely do the trick BUT this will disable all the "green" indicators like the brightness and such..Check the Launch Manager's option maybe you can enable/disable stuff from there.

    I had this same problem on my old 5920G. I uninstalled launch manager, but as ATG said you get no meters at all then.

    Thank you both :) . At least now I have an option. When I'm ready to lose all meters, I'll give it a try.

    There might be a registry entry that will sort it, but unless you know what your doing i wouldn't recommend poking about in the registry.
