    Aspire 6935g Volume control not working

    Hai there, My touch senstive volume control on my 6935g wont work, its frozen, i tired turning the laptop off, no buttons work, It is stuck on hold

    Any ideas?

    Hi, and welcome to the best notebookforum on the internet!

    The solution is VERY simple. Just take out your battery and wait 30 seconds. Then put your battery in again, and wupti! The volumecontrol resets itself.

    Any idea on how to prevent it happening again such as making sure i take it off hold before turning it off? anything like that?

    Unfortunately, I have no idea how to prevent the problem since it's a driverbug, but yes, you could try to take off "Hold" before turning it off.
