    Toolz,
I got one about one month ago. Actually I would have gone for a desktop pc if I havent' found this 17" laptop with good graphic capability at an affordable price. The CPU is AMD, and this is probably a reason for the lowest price, but honestly I'm not an expert and cannot evaluate the difference in performance. Strong points in my opinion are the 320 GB HD and the NVidia GForce 8400M, that make a good machine for multimedia. The CrystalBryte screen is good, very little annoying reflections and very sharp. The keyboard could have benn better; it has a numeric keypad and well sized keys, thanks to the biggest size of the notebook, but the touch is not very good and the position of control keys (like Home, End) is quite uncomfortable.
The most annoying thing is the "absence" of the Bluetooh hardware: see my post about this on this forum. Please note that the same model is sold in slightly different configurations depending on markets, so make sure with the reseller about HD size, NVidia chip, RAM, Bluetooth.
It performs acceptably with MS Vista Home Premium, but I would expect something more in speed when loading programs; the overall experience is not outstanding. Overall, anyway, I'm happy with it and think it's good value for the money.

    Thanks for the reply

Do you have any light bleed across the bottom half of the screen when on a all black screen ?

What I can see is that the vertical viewing angle is very limited, so when I
am in front of the all black screen the central region is darker than the top and bottom ones. Same problem, a little less evident, on the horizontal direction. Apart from this, though, I can't appreciate a real haze or light bleed.
