    Hey guys!

I've just started with my new laptop (acer aspire 7720G) with Vista and I'm trying to get the webcam to work with Windows Live Messenger. At the moment when I do the audio/video setup it will select the crystal eye fine but then as I try to "send webcam" it will say it isn't plugged in/is busy. Afterwards, until messenger is closed again it won't let the acer webcam program run either (says it is busy).

Will installing the latest drivers fix this? If so how do I determine which one to use for this webcam (Crystal eye)? I noticed there are several versions (Bison etc.)

Sorry to sound n00bish, any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Oli
